Moneé T. Luckey


Moneé is an 18 year communications professional  with private and public sector experience. Her areas of expertise are Travel & Tourism, Higher Education, Profile Development, Media Relations, and Military Defense. 

Her career is highlighted with measurable 

successes which include media relations management of COVID-19 Response for US European Command, a 4-star level Combatant Command  responsible for US military operations in Europe; As Chair of the Mid-Atlantic Tourism Public Relations Alliance (MATPRA), she hosted a showcasing of 65 destinations to national media. As Director of Public Relations for Visit Baltimore, she sustained city tourism through the 2015 civil unrest. As Director of Public Affairs for the National Museum of the US Navy, she planned and managed high profile events to include visits from the First Family and MLB dignitaries attending the World Series.

Moneé enjoys hiking, travel, and volunteering for the USO.

Jason O. Luckey

 

Jason is a military officer with 24 years of service. He is experienced in Executive Communications, Crisis Management, & Strategic Planning.​

He has served on the personal & special staff for general officers developing strategic communications at the highest levels of our nation's military organizations.  As a certified DoD Strategist and Joint Planner, he developed Cyberspace Strategy and operational plans to defend against our greatest threats to US interests in Europe. Additionally, he led a NATO/US team in the development of Alliance cyberspace and computer information systems plans for cooperative crisis operations.   

A veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom II, Jason is a Bronze Star recipient for service in combat as a motorized rifle platoon leader.

He enjoys fitness, golf, and charitable volunteering.
